What is Advisor Copilot?

Advisor Copilot is an AI-powered productivity platform designed for financial advisors. It provides intelligent tools such as Meeting Assistant, Writing Assistant, and Client Insights Dashboard to streamline daily workflows and reduce manual work.

How it works

Financial advisors manage multiple tasks every dayβ€”from meeting clients and documenting conversations to drafting follow-up emails and tracking market insights. Advisor Copilot uses AI to capture meetings, generate summaries, assist with writing, and organize client insights in one place.

Project Goal

Design an AI-powered assistant that reduces administrative workload, automates meeting documentation, and helps advisors focus more on client relationships and strategic decision-making.

Research & Insights

To better understand advisor workflows and challenges, I conducted stakeholder interviews and analyzed user feedback. I also attended advisor community meetups and reviewed workflow videos through observational research.
