What is Advisor Copilot?
Advisor Copilot is an AI-powered productivity platform designed for financial advisors. It provides intelligent tools such as Meeting Assistant, Writing Assistant, and Client Insights Dashboard to streamline daily workflows and reduce manual work.
How it works
Financial advisors manage multiple tasks every day—from meeting clients and documenting conversations to drafting follow-up emails and tracking market insights. Advisor Copilot uses AI to capture meetings, generate summaries, assist with writing, and organize client insights in one place.
Project Goal
Design an AI-powered assistant that reduces administrative workload, automates meeting documentation, and helps advisors focus more on client relationships and strategic decision-making.

Research & Insights
To better understand advisor workflows and challenges, I conducted stakeholder interviews and analyzed user feedback. I also attended advisor community meetups and reviewed workflow videos through observational research.

Advisors spend significant time on manual documentation, limiting client engagement.
Missed Insights
Without structured documentation, valuable information discussed during meetings could easily be lost.

Writing personalized emails, summaries, and recommendations was time-consuming.
Scattered Client Data
Advisors needed a centralized view of client data, life events, and financial insights.
Financial advisors and business teams needed a reliable way to capture meeting outcomes without interrupting the conversation flow.
Define
Defined the core product structure around three main experiences:
- Client Meet – Capture and summarize meetings
- Client Write – Generate client communications
- Client Iq Dashboard – A centralized dashboard to view key client insights

Execution Phase
Ideate
Explored interaction models for AI meeting summaries, workflows, editable outputs, client insights, and AI-assisted writing. Focused on making AI outputs transparent, editable, and easy to review.
Design
Close collaboration with engineering teams ensured the designs were feasible and integrated smoothly into the CRM environment.
Test
Conducted usability testing with internal teams and stakeholders to refine workflows and improve clarity. Improvements focused on better information hierarchy, faster access to client insights, and a more intuitive meeting experience.
